Turtle Mask (Beluga Grey, Standard) - 3 Layer, Muslin Cotton, Adjustable, Face Mask

 The Turtle Snorkel fit my average sized husband pretty well. It sits a little lower on the nose than we're used to, but there are few gaps or loose fitting areas where microbes could get in.  It fit me just fine, but I couldn't get it adjusted such that the 1st layer of fabric wouldn't stop entering my mouth when I breathed in.  It does have an adjustable metal nose strap which worked well for my husband, but miserably for me. Our face shapes must be different enough that the mask just fits him better Would recommend. 3.9 out of 5 stars.

 It fits my husband pretty well. It would greatly benefit from the addition of an adjustable nose piece to custom fitting over nose.  It was too big for me, but if I found a way to pull the ear loops back and fasten them behind my head the seal and fit would be great.  Pros:  Soft fabric Multi-layered Cons:  No nose clip for adjustments 3 out of 5 stars.  Is an alright, but slightly loose fitting mask if worn alone. If worn on top of a vented N95 it would be a great mask.

 These masks claim to be KN95 approved. I'm not sure who the approving authority is as they're not listed on the CDC's website or under any of the EUAs.  KN95 is embossed on the mask and it is packaged with a "Qualified Certificate"  I have no faith in these being legitimate. I did some research on how to determine a counterfeit KN95 mask. One of the most legit tests is fire. If you hold a flame to it and it catches fire rather than simply melts and smokes it's probably fake.  When I put some water on the inside of the mask which is supposed to repel water a bit of it soaked in.  If you're an average size adult American male, this mask will sort of fit you. It's a loose fit. There are plenty of small gaps and the nose piece does NOT actually curve (even though it looks like it should) to provide a relatively airtight fit.  1 out of 5 stars. It kinda fits and if you're in a budget bind and need a cheap mask that provides more protection than you get

 We bought both the kid and adult size masks from this company.  Pros: The adjustable ear loops worked really well and stayed put.  Mask had enough room between it and my nose and mouth.  Relatively soft fabric without a lot of smell right out of the package. Cons: No way to adjust or form the mask over your nose. There were gaping holes on both sides of each of our masks regardless of how we tried to adjust them.  Mask felt like it was more for show than for actual protection.  These are NON medical masks-- not N95 or KN95 or NIOSH approved.  They claim to be 3 ply and to filter 95%, but I'm pretty suspicious! As there are massive holes in your barrier their claim to filter "95%" is next to worthless as far as I'm concerned.  The only use I may be see this having is as a 2nd layer of protection over an ACTUAL N/KN95 mask with a valve/vent on it to maybe filter what you're breathing out. Even then, I would probably say "why take the chance?" Save the $7
